Kano Laboratories Acquires Super Lube and Synco Brands

Kano Laboratories, backed by Gryphon Investors' Gryphon Heritage Fund, has acquired the operating assets related to the Super Lube and Synco brands from Synco Chemical Corporation. The acquisition expands Kano's portfolio of premium greases and lubricants and will see Natalia Diaz continue to lead Super Lube as President, reporting to Kano President Mark Klein; terms were not disclosed.
