Nylacast Acquires Supergrip (UK) Ltd

Nylacast Engineered Products Ltd, part of the Equistone-backed Nylacast Group, has acquired Supergrip (UK) Ltd, a Colne-based manufacturer of bespoke and standard polyurethane (PU) products for subsea, marine, oil & gas and renewables markets. The deal brings Supergrip’s product range, its recently acquired MPC CNC machining business and technical/engineering teams into Nylacast’s Engineered Products division to expand capability and end-market coverage.
