AIS Acquires CRP Subsea

AIS, a GCP-backed engineering and manufacturing group, has acquired CRP Subsea, a Skelmersdale-based specialist in polymer and syntactic foam buoyancy and protection products. The deal is an add-on to AIS’s platform that expands its subsea and offshore-wind capabilities and increases scale across the offshore energy and oil & gas markets.
