Apple Rush Co. Acquires Pursuit Hemp Farms

The Apple Rush Company, Inc. (APRU) announced the acquisition of Illinois-based Pursuit Hemp Farms, LLC to advance its seed-to-sale hemp strategy. Pursuit Hemp Farms is a family-run operation with roughly 1,400 acres of cropland that has been cultivating hemp since 2018; Apple Rush said the purchase will help vertically integrate growing, manufacturing and distribution of hemp-derived products.

AMSOIL Inc. Acquires Aerospace Lubricants

AMSOIL Inc., a family-owned synthetic lubricant manufacturer based in Superior, Wisconsin, has acquired Columbus, Ohio–based Aerospace Lubricants, which will operate as an independent subsidiary. AMSOIL plans to invest to expand Aerospace Lubricants' formulation capabilities and production capacity while retaining the company's brand and leadership under new president Dave Meyer.

Lubrication Engineers Acquires RSC Bio Solutions

Lubrication Engineers, Inc. (LE), a PE-backed developer and manufacturer of industrial lubricants, has acquired RSC Bio Solutions, a Charlotte-based maker of sustainable, biodegradable lubricants for marine and industrial customers. The deal expands LE’s sustainable product portfolio and is LE’s second acquisition since partnering with Aurora Capital Partners in September 2023.

American Residential Services (ARS/Rescue Rooter) has acquired 4 Eco Services, Inc. (Lenexa, Kansas) and Blue Apple Electric, LLC (Las Vegas, Nevada) to expand its national footprint. The two acquisitions add local residential and commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service capabilities (combined ~54 employees and fleets of service vehicles) to ARS's network.
