Apple Rush Company Acquires Majority Interest in ACS Enterprises and Earth Lube

The Apple Rush Company, Inc., through its wholly owned subsidiary Apple Rush Manufacturing LLC, acquired an 80% interest in Michigan-based ACS Enterprises, LLC and its wholly owned subsidiary Earth Lube LLC. The acquisition provides Apple Rush with plant-based chemical and specialty lubricant manufacturing capabilities — including a copper plating additive and a cannabis mold inhibitor — to expand its plant-based product portfolio and manufacturing footprint.
