The acquisition expands MIRATECH’s U.S. catalyst manufacturing capacity, strengthens its East Tennessee footprint, and brings ACS' proprietary coating and substrate capabilities into MIRATECH’s platform to accelerate R&D and support growing emissions-compliance demand.
