The deal brings Artemis founders Brendan Patterson and Bob Bergman (who will join Appfire as Chief Product Architects in Denver) to Appfire and accelerates Appfire’s cloud product strategy; the transaction was financed by First Eagle Alternative Credit, LLC.

Appfire Acquires Mohami

Appfire has acquired Mohami, an Atlassian Platinum Marketplace partner known for developer-focused apps such as Webhook to Jenkins for Bitbucket, Yet Another Commit Checker, and Charts & Graphs for Bitbucket. Mohami’s portfolio (over 17,000 active installations) will join Appfire’s Atlassian app family, and Mohami founder Mohammed Davoodi will join Appfire as an advisor to support ongoing product innovation.

Appfire Acquires SoftwarePlant

As part of the transaction, SoftwarePlant founders Tomasz Kucharski and Michal Niwinski and approximately 165 team members joined Appfire, expanding Appfire's product portfolio and PPM capabilities.

Appfire Acquires Snapbytes Limited (UK)

Appfire has acquired Snapbytes Limited, a maker of popular IT Service Management apps for the Atlassian Marketplace including the Time to SLA app and Enhancer Plugin for Jira. The acquisition brings Snapbytes’ development team into Appfire to expand Appfire’s ITSM capabilities and deepen integrations within the Atlassian ecosystem.
