Appfire acquired Artemis Software, an Atlassian Marketplace app vendor known for products such as MultiExcerpt, Copy Page Tree, and Flow Board. The deal brings Artemis founders Brendan Patterson and Bob Bergman (who will join Appfire as Chief Product Architects in Denver) to Appfire and accelerates Appfire’s cloud product strategy; the transaction was financed by First Eagle Alternative Credit, LLC.
