Appfire Acquires Flow from Pluralsight

Appfire has acquired Flow, Pluralsight’s Software Engineering Intelligence (SEI) platform, expanding Appfire’s product portfolio into engineering productivity and analytics. The acquisition transfers Flow from Pluralsight to Appfire and enables Appfire to offer data-driven developer productivity insights alongside its existing Atlassian/Microsoft/monday.com integrations.

The deal brings Artemis founders Brendan Patterson and Bob Bergman (who will join Appfire as Chief Product Architects in Denver) to Appfire and accelerates Appfire’s cloud product strategy; the transaction was financed by First Eagle Alternative Credit, LLC.

Apptio Acquires Targetprocess

Appfire Acquires 7pace to Expand into Microsoft Ecosystem

The acquisition expands Appfire's presence in the Microsoft ecosystem, brings the 7pace team and Munich location into Appfire, and includes planned investment in Azure DevOps and GitHub product development and go-to-market efforts.

Mohami’s portfolio (over 17,000 active installations) will join Appfire’s Atlassian app family, and Mohami founder Mohammed Davoodi will join Appfire as an advisor to support ongoing product innovation.
