Appfire has acquired Snapbytes Limited, a maker of popular IT Service Management apps for the Atlassian Marketplace including the Time to SLA app and Enhancer Plugin for Jira. The acquisition brings Snapbytes’ development team into Appfire to expand Appfire’s ITSM capabilities and deepen integrations within the Atlassian ecosystem.
