Uberflip Acquires SnapApp

Toronto-based content experience platform Uberflip acquired interactive content and lead-qualification vendor SnapApp in December 2019, integrating SnapApp’s team and capabilities to strengthen personalized content and demand generation functionality. The acquisition also accompanied Uberflip opening its first U.S. office in Boston to accelerate growth and better serve enterprise customers; SnapApp had been backed by Providence Equity Partners prior to the deal.
