Apex Group Ltd. has acquired FTS Tech, Inc. (trading as Flow), a private-markets SaaS platform that streamlines fund management, onboarding, and investor engagement. The acquisition (Flow brings ~15 employees and $17bn AUA) integrates Flow's technology into Apex's fund administration and middle-office services to expand digital capabilities and deliver an end-to-end private markets infrastructure.

Global-e Acquires Flow Commerce

Global-e has agreed to acquire Flow Commerce, a Hoboken-based cross-border e-commerce software provider, for up to approximately $500 million (cash and stock). Bain Capital Invests A$46M in Fluent Commerce

Anaplan Acquires Fluence Technologies

Anaplan has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Fluence Technologies, a Toronto-based provider of cloud-native financial close, consolidation, disclosure management and Excel reporting software. The acquisition (expected to close in early May) will integrate Fluence’s consolidation and disclosure capabilities into Anaplan’s connected planning platform to strengthen CFO-focused functionality and reduce system and process complexity. Integration will be led by Anaplan’s product leaders alongside Fluence product leadership.

DataFlow is a leading provider of regulation-mandated pre-employment primary source verification services in the GCC with more than 850 employees across nine countries; Arcapita said the acquisition supports its strategy to build technology-enabled, asset-light business services and drive growth across the GCC and beyond.
