Apex Group Ltd. has acquired FTS Tech, Inc. (trading as Flow), a private-markets SaaS platform that streamlines fund management, onboarding, and investor engagement. The acquisition (Flow brings ~15 employees and $17bn AUA) integrates Flow's technology into Apex's fund administration and middle-office services to expand digital capabilities and deliver an end-to-end private markets infrastructure.

Capgemini Acquires Delta Capita BV and Delta Capita Academy BV

Capgemini has acquired 100% of the share capital of Delta Capita BV and its fully owned subsidiary Delta Capita Academy BV, the Netherlands-based Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) practice of Delta Capita Group Ltd. The deal (signed and closed April 16, 2025) brings a team of 200+ KYC analysts and consultants to Capgemini, strengthening its KYC, FCC advisory and managed-services capabilities across Europe and deepening its financial services compliance offering.

Trustpoint.One offers eDiscovery, managed review, legal staffing and cybersecurity solutions to top law firms and Fortune 500 clients; Arcapita said it will support the company’s growth, technology investments and market expansion.

SmartCover Systems Acquires Data Flow Systems

SmartCover Systems, a portfolio company of XPV Water Partners, has completed the acquisition of Data Flow Systems, a Melbourne, Florida provider of lift station monitoring, control and optimization solutions. The deal expands SmartCover's collection system optimization capabilities to include lift station control, creating a combined business with more than 20,000 deployed devices and service to over 850 North American customers.

Exa Capital Acquires Flow Software

Arcapita and Dgpays Acquire Majority Stake in NEOPAY from Mashreq

Arcapita and Dgpays (in equal partnership) have agreed to acquire a majority stake in NEOPAY, the UAE-based payment solutions provider, from Mashreq, which will retain a significant minority interest. The deal implies an approximate enterprise value of $385 million and is subject to regulatory approvals; the consortium will support NEOPAY's regional expansion and technology integration.
