Revive Infrastructure Group Acquires Assets of Elite Utilities and Trenching

Revive Infrastructure Group, backed by Sileo Capital and Brightwood Capital, has acquired the assets of Elite Utilities and Trenching, a Buhl, Idaho-based utility contractor specializing in long-line conduit, cable installation and fiber-to-the-home trenching. The assets will be integrated into Revive’s Intermountain West division, Crown Utilities, expanding Revive’s geographic footprint and service capabilities in telecom and utility infrastructure.
