Duke's Root Control, a Comvest Partners-backed platform, has acquired Pipetek Infrastructure Services, a Midwest-based sewer, utility and underground infrastructure services provider headquartered in Plymouth, Michigan. The add-on expands Duke's inspection, assessment and repair capabilities and extends its geographic footprint into the Midwest and into gas and water utility markets.

The assets will be integrated into Revive’s Intermountain West division, Crown Utilities, expanding Revive’s geographic footprint and service capabilities in telecom and utility infrastructure.
