STV Group, Inc. has agreed to acquire CP&Y, Inc., an employee-owned engineering, architectural and field services consulting firm with more than 375 professionals across Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Florida and Virginia. The acquisition—completed by STV, a portfolio company of The Pritzker Organization—bolsters STV's presence in the Texas infrastructure market and expands its water and wastewater and transportation capabilities nationwide.

American Industrial Partners Acquires Strike, LLC

Stuart Steel Protection Acquires Assets of Northwestern Cathodic

Stuart Steel Protection (owned by Integrated Utility Services) has agreed to acquire the assets of Colorado-based Northwestern Cathodic, expanding SSP's geographic footprint into Colorado and South Carolina and roughly doubling its workforce. The asset purchase will broaden SSP's corrosion-control product offerings and service capacity; Northwestern Cathodic Founder & President Chris Moore will join SSP as Chief Strategy Officer.

The Colt Group Acquires Plant Services, Inc.

The Colt Group, a Houston-based provider of on-line industrial leak repair solutions backed by Capstreet, has acquired Plant Services, Inc. (PSI), a Worden, Montana-based specialist in on-line leak repair, hot tapping, line stopping and field machining, expanding Colt's footprint across the Rocky Mountain region. Terms were not disclosed; NXT Capital provided financing in support of Capstreet's add-on acquisition and refinancing of The Colt Group.

Osmose Utilities Services Acquires Principal Assets of McLean Engineering Company

Osmose Utilities Services, a portfolio company of EQT Infrastructure, acquired the principal assets of McLean Engineering Company to add T&D electrical engineering and pole-attachment/joint-use consulting capabilities. The deal expands Osmose's end-to-end joint-use and pole-attachment services for electric utilities and telecommunications providers; McLean's CEO Sean Knowles and COO Todd Taylor will continue to lead the business unit within Osmose.

CRW Consulting & Distribution Acquires CCI Inspection Services

CRW Consulting & Distribution, LLC (rebranding to CRW Companies) has acquired CCI Inspection Services, Inc., a Conroe, Texas–based provider of coating, pipeline and welding inspection services to major energy companies. The deal expands CRW's coatings and surface-preparation consulting capabilities for oil & gas and industrial clients; CRW plans to grow CCI's inspector roster and customer base with projected revenue increases.
