Cotton Creek Capital Partners with Precision Inspection Services

Cotton Creek Capital has acquired a majority stake in Precision Inspection Services, a Geismar, Louisiana-based provider of non-destructive examination, weld testing and post-weld heat treat services to the chemical and petrochemical industries across the U.S. Gulf Coast. Precision's founders, A.J. Smith and Chris Petitto, will continue to lead the company and remain significant shareholders as Cotton Creek looks to support geographic and capability expansion.

Precision Drilling Corporation Acquires CWC Energy Services Corp.

Precision Drilling Corporation has entered into an agreement to acquire all issued and outstanding common shares of CWC Energy Services Corp. for approximately $141 million in total consideration (947,909 Precision shares valued at ~$88M, $14M cash, plus assumption of debt). The acquisition adds 62 marketed service rigs in Canada and 18 marketed drilling rigs (including 11 in the U.S.), and is expected to generate about $20 million of annual operating synergies while supporting Precision's deleveraging plan.

MEI Industrial Solutions Acquires CCI Industrial Services

The acquisition adds roughly 120 employees, expands MEI's footprint in the Southeast (establishing a presence in Kentucky) and brings equipment-level electrical, millwrighting, rigging and fabrication capabilities to MEI's end-to-end service offering.

RMA Group Acquires CSI Services

(dba CSI Services), a Santa Clarita, California-based specialty coating inspection firm.
