The deal expands CRW's coatings and surface-preparation consulting capabilities for oil & gas and industrial clients; CRW plans to grow CCI's inspector roster and customer base with projected revenue increases.

MPE Partners Recapitalizes Precision Pipeline

PURIS Acquires Creekside (Insight Pipe and IPC Services)

PURIS, a water-infrastructure platform and portfolio company of an investment affiliate of J.F. Lehman & Company, has acquired Creekside — operating through its Insight Pipe and IPC Services brands — a trenchless pipeline rehabilitation and environmental services provider based in Harmony, Pennsylvania. The deal is PURIS' first strategic acquisition since the JFLCO-led recapitalization of the business in 2024 and expands PURIS' capabilities across wastewater, stormwater and potable water pipeline rehabilitation in the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest.
