Enphase Energy Acquires ClipperCreek

Enphase Energy has agreed to acquire ClipperCreek, an Auburn, California–based manufacturer of residential and commercial EV charging stations. The acquisition extends Enphase's home electrification capabilities by adding EV charging hardware and brand recognition, enabling integration with Enphase's EnsembleOS and future bi-directional charging plans; the deal was expected to close by December 31, 2021.
