Kroll has acquired Appraisal & Valuation Consultants Ltd (AVC) to form a dedicated energy team within its Fixed Asset Advisory Services practice. AVC’s specialists — led by co-founder Antony Attwell, who will become a Managing Director — will join Kroll in London, Manchester and Manila to expand Kroll’s energy-focused valuation capabilities for oil, gas, petrochemical, power, mining and related sectors.
