(AVS), a Blue Bell, Pennsylvania-based provider of engineering, automation, validation, and clinical solutions for the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and diagnostic industries. The transaction was marketed by Woodbridge International; Altura, a Coral Gables-based social impact private equity firm, focuses on small and lower-middle market investments with an emphasis on underserved communities and diverse ownership.

TVH Consulting Acquires Augusta Reeves, Olivia Sistemas and BCSYS (supported by 21 Invest)

The TVH Consulting group, backed by 21 Invest and minority co-investors, acquired three ERP integrators: Augusta Reeves (SAP S/4HANA) in France/Switzerland, Olivia Sistemas (Microsoft Business Central) in Spain and BCSYS (Microsoft Business Central) in France. The add-on deals expand TVH’s ERP, Data/AI, cybersecurity and Microsoft/SAP capabilities and broaden its geographic footprint across France, Spain and Switzerland as the group surpasses €110m in revenue and ~600 employees.

Surge Private Equity Acquires Avalon Document Services

Dallas-based Surge Private Equity closed a majority platform investment in Avalon Document Services, a technology-enabled legal services provider, in a transaction valued at approximately $36 million. Woodforest National Bank provided debt financing; Avalon founder JP Midgley retained equity and will remain as a senior executive. Avalon operates nationwide with eight regional offices, ~145 employees, and offers e-discovery, digital forensics, cybersecurity, BPO and document services to law firms and corporations.
