Assurance Software Acquires Avalution Consulting

Assurance Software, a Resurgens Technology Partners-backed provider of business continuity management software and services, has acquired Avalution Consulting, a Cleveland-based business continuity consulting firm and software creator. The deal combines Assurance's software and services with Avalution's advisory capabilities (including the BCOS methodology and Catalyst software) to expand the combined organization's BCM offerings for enterprise and public-sector clients.

Unanet Acquires Clearview Software

Unanet, a SaaS project-based ERP provider, has acquired Clearview Software, a developer of project-based ERP (InFocus) for architecture and engineering firms. Clearview will operate as a division of Unanet in Lynchburg, Virginia, with Clearview CEO Matt Pantana joining Unanet’s management team to help expand Unanet’s offerings for AE and other professional services firms.

ConnectWise Acquires Continuum and ITBoost

ConnectWise announced acquisitions of Continuum and ITBoost, adding Continuum’s AI-enabled RMM, managed security/NOC/SOC and ITBoost’s IT documentation capabilities to its business automation platform. The moves (alongside a partnership with Webinfinity) expand ConnectWise’s product suite for technology solution providers and strengthen managed services, security and documentation capabilities for MSP/TSP customers.

Inverness Graham-backed Syntrio Acquires ClearView Strategic Partners

Inverness Graham Investments announced that Syntrio, its Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) software platform, has acquired Toronto-based ClearView Strategic Partners, a provider of ethics reporting, whistleblower technology and case management solutions. The add-on transaction — the fifth completed during Inverness Graham's ownership of Syntrio — expands Syntrio's software capabilities and provides access to key international geographies; terms were not disclosed.

mPulse Acquires Clarity Software Solutions

The acquisition expands Serviceaide's ITSM capabilities and product reach, combining SunView's ChangeGear change/incident/asset management strengths with Serviceaide's AI-powered Luma service automation and virtual agent technology.
