SolarWinds Acquires Samanage

SolarWinds has agreed to acquire Samanage, a Cary, North Carolina–based cloud IT service desk (ITSM) SaaS provider, for approximately $350 million (about $329 million net of cash). The acquisition, expected to close in Q2 2019, will fold Samanage into SolarWinds’ IT Operations Management portfolio to expand SolarWinds’ ITSM capabilities and broaden cross-sell opportunities across its customer base.

Assurance Software Merges with ClearView Continuity

Assurance Software, Inc. announced a merger with ClearView Continuity to create a combined global provider of Business Continuity Management (BCM) solutions, serving over 800 customers with development, sales and support across the US, UK and six continents. The deal combines Assurance's North American strength and feature-rich SaaS platform with ClearView's EMEA and Asia‑Pacific presence to accelerate product innovation and expand global reach.

EasyVista Acquires Coservit (ServiceNav)

EasyVista has acquired Coservit, the developer of the ServiceNav AIOps and SaaS monitoring platform, to extend EasyVista’s ITSM offering with observability and predictive monitoring capabilities. The deal is backed by EasyVista’s shareholders (Eurazeo and Cathay) and financed by funds managed by BlackRock, positioning EasyVista as a consolidator in the ITSM and observability market.

Valin Corporation Acquires Sun Automation Inc.

Valin Corporation, a privately held technical solutions provider based in San Jose, California, acquired Sun Automation Inc., a Chandler, Arizona-based industrial automation solutions provider, effective July 30, 2021. The acquisition strengthens Valin's automation product portfolio and expands its geographic footprint into territories where it previously had limited representation.

Volaris Group Acquires Sunrise Software

Infoview will maintain operational independence with Sue Colclough continuing as CEO while Volaris applies its buy-and-hold approach and operational support to accelerate growth.
