Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Odessa, Texas with approximately 90 employees, Trojan expands DNOW's water management offerings and complements its U.S. Process Solutions and Flex Flow pump rental businesses.

DNOW to Acquire MRC Global in All-Stock Combination

DNOW Inc. agreed to acquire MRC Global in an all-stock merger that values MRC Global at approximately $1.5 billion inclusive of net debt, creating a combined energy and industrial solutions provider. The transaction is expected to generate about $70 million of annual cost synergies within three years, expand the combined company's global footprint and be accretive to adjusted EPS in the first year following closing.

H2O Innovation Acquires NextEra Distributed Water

The acquisition brings in-house large-scale asset development and ownership capabilities — enabling H2O Innovation to offer turn-key onsite wastewater treatment and reuse projects delivered at no upfront capital cost and operated under long-term contracts; the deal is supported by follow-on investment from funds managed by Ember Infrastructure Management LP and existing minority owners.

The acquisition expands Eco Depot’s industrial product portfolio and brings proprietary coatings and cement-additive technologies aimed at improving durability and reducing costs for oilfield tools and construction materials.
