Specialty Program Group Acquires the Assets of Catapult Insurance Solutions

Specialty Program Group LLC (SPG), a Summit, New Jersey-based operator of specialty insurance brokerages and underwriting facilities, acquired the assets of Catapult Insurance Solutions, a managing general agency and wholesale brokerage focused on construction and hard-to-place risks. The deal expands SPG's capabilities in the construction segment and adds Catapult's Lloyd's coverholder capacity and niche program infrastructure.
