Dallas-based digital and technology firm Cloudmellow has acquired Atlanta-based website design and digital marketing company The Creative Momentum, effective July 21, 2022. The deal expands Cloudmellow's website development and digital-marketing capabilities and establishes a formal presence in the Atlanta market; financial terms were not disclosed and The Creative Momentum's principals will remain with the business.

Momentum Telecom Acquires CloudNet Group

Momentum Telecom acquired CloudNet Group, a Phoenix-based communications provider, to strengthen its cloud voice and unified communications market share and broaden its solution portfolio with offerings such as SD-WAN, contact center and vertical go-to-market capabilities. Terms were not disclosed; Bradley Arant Boult Cummings served as legal counsel to Momentum and LoHi Merchant Bank was CloudNet Group’s exclusive investment banker.
