SLB Acquires Gyrodata Incorporated

SLB has acquired Gyrodata Incorporated, a global provider of gyroscopic wellbore positioning and survey technology, and will integrate Gyrodata's technologies into its Well Construction business. The acquisition is intended to improve wellbore quality, reduce drilling risk and accelerate SLB's autonomous and well-placement capabilities by combining Gyrodata's sensors and technologies with SLB's existing drilling and Neuro autonomous solutions.
