ESG, an Accel-KKR portfolio company and global energy SaaS provider, has acquired Pandell, a Calgary-based SaaS land and financial application used by more than 500 energy companies. The acquisition expands ESG's end-to-end energy software platform by adding Pandell's land, GIS, accounting and field solutions to better serve oil & gas, utilities and renewable customers across the energy value chain.

PakEnergy Acquires Petrosight

PakEnergy has acquired Petrosight, a Calgary-based provider of cloud-based wellsite management software, to broaden its end-to-end well lifecycle management capabilities. The acquisition, supported by PakEnergy's private equity partner Charlesbank Capital Partners, integrates Petrosight's drilling, completions, facilities and decommissioning modules with PakEnergy's existing land, field data capture, and accounting solutions.

Petrosys (Carina/Constellation) Acquires Talus Technologies

Rockwell Automation Acquires Plex Systems

BirchStreet Systems Acquires ReactorNet Technologies

BirchStreet Systems, a Las Vegas–based provider of procure-to-pay software for the hospitality industry, has acquired ReactorNet Technologies, a San Antonio–based provider of business spend management software (EPRO) serving hospitality, entertainment and healthcare customers. The deal expands BirchStreet’s presence in the select‑service hotel segment and brings ReactorNet’s platform—supporting over $2.0B of annual customer spend across more than 4,000 locations and 16,000 users—into BirchStreet’s product suite; ReactorNet’s active management shareholders will continue to operate the business within BirchStreet following closing.
