PakEnergy has acquired Petrosight, a Calgary-based provider of cloud-based wellsite management software, to broaden its end-to-end well lifecycle management capabilities. The acquisition, supported by PakEnergy's private equity partner Charlesbank Capital Partners, integrates Petrosight's drilling, completions, facilities and decommissioning modules with PakEnergy's existing land, field data capture, and accounting solutions.

Pandell Acquires PetroNet Systems

Pandell Technology Corporation acquired PetroNet Systems in an asset purchase announced October 5, 2020, bringing the PetroNet production accounting software and its team into Pandell’s Canadian operations. The cloud-based PetroNet solution, used by more than 100 Canadian oil and gas producers, will be integrated into Pandell’s back-office SaaS suite to strengthen its upstream oil & gas financial and production accounting offering.
