Viatel Technology Group Acquires MJ Flood Technology

Viatel Technology Group has agreed to acquire MJ Flood Technology, the technology division of the MJ Flood Group, in a deal that strengthens Viatel's capabilities in cybersecurity, cloud, managed services and Microsoft solutions. The sale is a divestiture of MJ Flood's tech division (the MJ Flood Group will retain its other businesses); the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close by mid-2024.
