AIT Worldwide Logistics Acquires Krupp Trucking LLC

AIT Worldwide Logistics completed the acquisition of St. Louis–based Krupp Trucking LLC effective Jan. 1, 2025, transferring Krupp’s assets, a 115,000 sq. ft. Earth City warehouse, a fleet of 60+ trucks and nearly 100 teammates into the AIT network. The deal enhances AIT’s capabilities in high-value technology logistics and white‑glove services; founder Scott Krupp will remain as City Director. Terms were not disclosed.

A&R Logistics Acquires Blue Water Plastic Transport

A&R Logistics, a Wind Point Partners–backed dry bulk logistics operator, has acquired Blue Water Plastic Transport, a St. Clair, Michigan-based provider of specialty dry bulk transportation, logistics and warehousing for the plastics and chemical industries. The add-on expands A&R’s Midwest presence, increases its specialized tractor/trailer fleet and preserves BWP’s operations in St. Clair under A&R's ownership.

Trimac Transportation Acquires Service Transport Company

The deal expands Trimac's chemical hauling footprint across the U.S. Gulf Coast by adding STC's fleet, 16 locations, four tank wash facilities and roughly 400 employees.

IMC Logistics Acquires American Pacific Transportation
