Vishay Intertechnology Acquires Assets of Barry Industries

Navitas Semiconductor Acquires GeneSiC Semiconductor

Navitas Semiconductor (Nasdaq: NVTS) has acquired GeneSiC Semiconductor, a specialist in silicon carbide (SiC) power devices, in a cash-and-stock deal valued at roughly $100 million plus stock and potential earn-outs. The acquisition adds SiC capability and a profitable, fast-growing business (2022 revenue ~ $25M, >25% EBITDA margins) to Navitas' GaN portfolio to create a more comprehensive power-semiconductor offering for EV, solar, and industrial markets.

Power Integrations Acquires Assets of Odyssey Semiconductor Technologies

Power Integrations has agreed to acquire the assets of Odyssey Semiconductor Technologies, a developer of vertical gallium-nitride (GaN) transistor technology. Clarios Acquires Maxwell Technologies

Financial terms were not disclosed; Maxwell will operate as an independent U.S.-based business unit and the deal is intended to expand Clarios' supercapacitor capabilities, supply-chain resilience, and reach into non-automotive end markets such as data centers and grid applications.

Ametherm, headquartered in Carson City, Nevada, manufactures precision NTC and PTC thermistors and inrush current limiters serving automotive, industrial, aerospace/defense and medical end markets.
