Power Integrations Acquires Assets of Odyssey Semiconductor Technologies

Power Integrations has agreed to acquire the assets of Odyssey Semiconductor Technologies, a developer of vertical gallium-nitride (GaN) transistor technology. The deal, expected to close in July 2024, will bring key Odyssey employees into Power Integrations' technology organization to accelerate the company's PowiGaN roadmap and broaden its high-voltage GaN capabilities.
