Beacon (Nasdaq: BECN) has completed the acquisition of Passaic Metal and Building Supplies Co. (PAMPCO), a family-owned metal, roofing and siding distributor and fabricator headquartered in Clifton, New Jersey. The deal adds PAMPCO's six branches (five in New Jersey and one in upstate New York) to Beacon's network and is intended to expand Beacon's footprint and metal solutions capabilities.
