Watchfire (H.I.G.) Acquires Spectrum Scoreboards

Watchfire, a Danville, Illinois-based LED display manufacturer owned by an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, has completed the purchase of the assets of Spectrum Scoreboards of Houston, Texas. The acquisition expands Watchfire's sports product offering by adding Spectrum's fixed-digit scoreboards and timing displays and is an add-on to the Watchfire platform under H.I.G.'s ownership.
