Cathay Capital has made a strategic investment in Sarasota-based dental service organization Parkview Dental Partners, marking Cathay’s inaugural North American investment from its Growth Private Equity Fund (Small Cap IV). The transaction is a recapitalization that includes equity co-investment from Barings, a unitranche facility from Live Oak Banking Company and Barings, material rollover by Parkview management and prior owner Parkstone Growth Partners, and will fund Parkview’s buy-and-build expansion across Florida.
