Sunroc Corporation, a subsidiary of Clyde Companies, has completed an asset acquisition of Depatco, Inc., an Idaho Falls-based civil construction and aggregates company. The transaction expands Sunroc’s geographic footprint and product offerings in Eastern Idaho while Depatco’s Stoddard family owners will remain involved in the business.

Sunroc Corporation Acquires Hi-Grade Underground, Inc.

Sunroc Corporation, a subsidiary of Clyde Companies, completed an asset acquisition of Boise-based Hi-Grade Underground, Inc., expanding Sunroc's utilities capabilities in the Treasure Valley and across Idaho. Hi-Grade's former owner Dave Clifford will remain involved and transition into a Utilities Manager role with Sunroc following the acquisition.

Oldcastle APG (CRH) Acquires US MIX Co.

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, has acquired US MIX, a family-owned dry mix manufacturer operating facilities in Denver, Colorado and Fontana, California. The acquisition expands APG's bagged dry-mix footprint and adds US SPEC specialty repair products and materials science capabilities to APG's Sakrete and Amerimix portfolio; the Peterson family sold the business.

Sunland Asphalt (Huron Capital) Acquires Metro Pavers, Inc.

Huron Capital's portfolio company Sunland Asphalt has acquired Metro Pavers, Inc., a Denver-area asphalt maintenance and paving contractor founded in 1975. The add-on expands Sunland's presence in Colorado and strengthens its service capabilities across public and private end markets; Honigman LLP and Moss Adams LLP served as legal and financial diligence advisors, respectively.

The Sunrock Group Acquires Fenelon Ready-Mix (Fenelon Falls, Ontario)

Huron Capital's Sunland Asphalt Acquires ACE Asphalt

Huron Capital Partners acquired ACE Asphalt of Arizona and will merge it into its infrastructure services platform, Sunland Asphalt & Construction. The deal expands Sunland's geographic footprint into Texas and Oklahoma and broadens service capabilities (e.g., slurry sealing and chip sealing) while keeping Ace's President Scott Phillips as leader of the Western Division and Sunland CEO Doug DeClusin leading integration.
