Sunroc Corporation, a subsidiary of Clyde Companies, has completed an asset acquisition of Depatco, Inc., an Idaho Falls-based civil construction and aggregates company. The transaction expands Sunroc’s geographic footprint and product offerings in Eastern Idaho while Depatco’s Stoddard family owners will remain involved in the business.

Stabilus SE has signed an agreement to acquire the DESTACO business from Dover Corporation, a transaction expected to close in the first half of 2024 subject to customary approvals. DESTACO, headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan, supplies industrial automation, workholding and robotic tooling and generated $213 million in revenue in 2022 with ~650 employees; Stabilus says the deal significantly strengthens its Industrial Automation capabilities and will positively impact adjusted EBIT upon consolidation.

Sunflower Industrial, a coatings platform majority owned by KCN Companies, has acquired a controlling interest in Desco Floor Systems, a Fortville, Indiana-based commercial and industrial resinous polymer and polished concrete installer. Desco's leadership (Lee Reasor and Mark Verry) will remain in place and will partner with Sunflower's Epoxy Coating Specialists (ECS) to expand the combined company's national installation footprint.
