CORA Group, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc., has acquired WebRecon LLC, a Grand Rapids, Michigan–based provider of litigation tracking and consumer risk management software for the credit and collection industry. The acquisition adds WebRecon to CORA/Constellation's portfolio of vertical-market software companies and is intended to expand CORA Group's capabilities in litigation tracking and consumer risk management; Corporate Advisory Solutions acted as exclusive M&A adviser to WebRecon.
