Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting North America has agreed to acquire XCM Solutions, a cloud-based workflow solutions provider for professional tax and accounting firms, for €136 million. The acquisition (target headquartered in Quincy, Massachusetts with ~440 employees and 2019 revenues of €19 million) will enable integration with Wolters Kluwer’s CCH Axcess platform and expand its cloud-based workflow and outsourcing capabilities.

TriNet Acquires Clarus R+D Solutions LLC

The deal adds MR data-analysis software and SaaS licensing capability to Nanalysis's hardware product portfolio to enable software licensing and recurring SaaS revenue streams.
