ZSi-Foster (Ideal Tridon) Acquires Hydra-Zorb Company

ZSi-Foster, an Ideal Tridon company (portfolio of Snow Phipps Group), completed the acquisition of Hydra-Zorb Company, a Michigan-based manufacturer of cushioned clamps and pipe/hose support products. The deal (terms undisclosed) is an add-on to the Ideal Tridon platform to broaden its clamp, pipe support, and HVAC accessory product portfolio and better serve industrial, HVAC, refrigeration, and fluid power end markets.
