ZSi-Foster, an Ideal Tridon company (portfolio of Snow Phipps Group), completed the acquisition of Hydra-Zorb Company, a Michigan-based manufacturer of cushioned clamps and pipe/hose support products. The deal (terms undisclosed) is an add-on to the Ideal Tridon platform to broaden its clamp, pipe support, and HVAC accessory product portfolio and better serve industrial, HVAC, refrigeration, and fluid power end markets.

Nautic Partners Acquires Ideal Tridon Group from TruArc Partners

Ideal, based in Erie, Colorado, is a fabricator and installer of highway and bridge guardrail, chain-link, and iron fencing and employs a team of just over 50 people.
