Infosys announced a definitive agreement to acquire Simplus, a Salesforce Platinum Partner headquartered in Salt Lake City, to strengthen its enterprise cloud and Salesforce capabilities and expand its presence in the United States and Australia. MindTouch, founded in 2005, reported about 100 employees and over 300 customers in 2020; financial terms were not disclosed.
