Sciens Building Solutions Acquires Cen-Cal Fire Systems

Sciens Building Solutions, a Carlyle Group-backed holding company focused on fire detection and security services, has acquired Cen-Cal Fire Systems, a Lodi, California-based fire sprinkler design, fabrication and installation business. The acquisition expands Sciens' platform presence and sprinkler capabilities in Northern/Central California and will enable closer collaboration with its Bay Area division, Sabah International.

Terms were not disclosed.
