Canopy Capital Partners, alongside Source Capital and other co-investors, has acquired Archway Service Group, a Shelby, North Carolina-based provider of on-call repair and preventative maintenance services for commercial foodservice equipment. Canopy named James Morgan as President and plans to invest in the team, technology and expanded service capabilities to grow the business across the Southeastern U.S.
