Aquiline Capital Partners has acquired SEI's Family Office Services business for $120 million; the business will operate independently as Archway effective June 30, 2025. Archway delivers accounting, investment reporting and outsourced services to family offices via the Archway Platform (supporting roughly $733 billion in assets) and Aquiline plans to invest in product, customer experience and growth.
