Havencrest Capital Management, a Dallas-based healthcare private equity firm, has completed the acquisition of ThermoTek, Inc., a Flower Mound, Texas-based designer and manufacturer of temperature management devices for medical and industrial end markets. Havencrest plans to support ThermoTek's growth by expanding its product portfolio, entering adjacent markets and pursuing complementary acquisitions, with Oxford Finance providing debt financing.

Acuity Brands Acquires KE2 Therm

Thermogenics Acquires Hartford Boiler Repair Works

The acquisition expands Thermogenics' service footprint into the U.S. Northeast and adds Hartford Boiler Repair Works' expertise in boilers, pumps, pipe welding, zone valves and burners to Thermogenics' boiler lifecycle platform.

THG PLC Acquires Bentley Laboratories LLC

THG PLC has agreed to acquire Bentley Laboratories LLC from The Riverside Company and Norgate Holdings. Bentley is a US-based developer and manufacturer of prestige skincare and haircare products with extensive formulation and manufacturing capabilities; the deal strengthens THG's in-house product development and manufacturing for its direct-to-consumer beauty platform and is expected to close following regulatory approval.

Watsco and Carrier Acquire Temperature Equipment Corporation

Watsco, Inc., together with Carrier Global Corporation, signed an agreement to acquire Temperature Equipment Corporation (TEC) for Watsco to own 80% and Carrier 20%. TEC is a Chicago/Lansing, Illinois–based HVAC distributor with $291 million in 2020 sales, ~10,000 customers and 32 Midwest locations; the deal expands Watsco's footprint into the U.S. Midwest.
