QualTek Acquires Urban Cable Technology

QualTek, a national provider of telecom and infrastructure services, has acquired Urban Cable Technology, a regional telecom contractor based in West Chester, Pennsylvania. The acquisition expands QualTek’s wireline capabilities and geographic footprint in the Northeastern United States; financial terms were not disclosed.
