The acquisition expands QualTek's service capabilities in fiber deployment and renewable energy infrastructure and extends its geographic footprint across the United States.

QualTek, LLC acquired Concurrent Group LLC, a Miami-based electrical and utility contractor, to broaden its overhead and underground mid- and high-voltage installation, maintenance, and storm restoration capabilities. The deal expands QualTek’s geographic footprint in the U.S. Southeast and enhances its service offerings to utilities, electric co-ops and municipally owned power providers; terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition (terms undisclosed) expands QualTek's geographic footprint in the Western U.S.; BACOM serves customers across 11 Western states and employs more than 200 people.

QualTek Acquires Aerial Wireless Services from The Anderson Group

QualTek has acquired Aerial Wireless Services (AWS) from The Anderson Group. AWS, based in Bellingham, Massachusetts, was founded in 2013 and provides program management, installation and maintenance services to wireless and broadband operators in the Northeast; the Anderson Group had partnered with CEO Kevin Cunningham to grow the business prior to the sale.
