PMC Capital / Arctic Cooling Systems Acquires Chino Branch of The AMS Group (Hill PHOENIX business unit)

PMC Capital Partners, through a newly formed platform Arctic Cooling Systems, acquired the Chino branch of The AMS Group (a Hill PHOENIX / Dover Food Retail business unit). The carve-out will be operated by Arctic Cooling's existing management team and PMC said it will support organic growth and pursue add-on acquisitions to expand the company's commercial and industrial refrigeration and HVAC services.
