Arsenal Capital Partners has provided additional growth capital to Fenzi Group to accelerate the company’s global expansion, increase capacity and R&D, and support strategic acquisitions. Fenzi will remain independent with CEO Alessandro Fenzi continuing to lead the business focused on chemicals and products for flat glass processing.
